We have been fielding calls from many concerned clients worried about the ability to make future mortgage payments.
We know that Canada's big banks and mortgage insurers (CMHC, Genworth, CG) are working on a plan that will allow the deferral of mortgage payments for up to 6 months. Other lenders may have addtional assistance options as. It's our understanding that this isn't a once size fits all program. Each file will be evaulated case by case..
